2. Information We Collect

In providing the Service, we collect the following information.

(1) Information you enter yourself

• Email address (used for login and identity verification)
• Nickname (an optional display name that you set)
• Information entered through the contact form (email address, inquiry category, and message body)

(2) Information stored through your use of the Service

• Your assessment answers, the calculated axis scores, the assessment type into which you are classified, and the date and time of the assessment

(3) Information collected automatically

• Cookies and other identifiers stored on your device
• IP address (referenced temporarily to prevent fraudulent use and excessive access; not stored on an ongoing basis)
• Access logs such as browser type, operating system, referrer, and date and time of access
• On-page actions and browsing behavior (collected through the analytics and behavior measurement tools described in Section 5 below)

3. Purposes of Use

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide the Service, verify your identity, and keep you logged in;
• To save and re-display assessment results and to provide your assessment history;
• To respond to inquiries and to contact you;
• To improve the quality of the Service, develop new features, and statistically analyze usage;
• To detect and prevent fraudulent or inappropriate use;
• To send important notices about the Service and other necessary communications; and
• To respond to matters required by laws and regulations.

4. Use of Cookies

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes. You can disable or delete cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may render some features, such as staying logged in, unavailable.

• Authentication cookies to keep you logged in
• Cookies to temporarily re-display assessment results created before registration (Guest Use)
• Cookies issued by the analytics and behavior measurement tools described in Section 5 below

5. Analytics and Behavior Measurement Tools

The Service uses the following third-party tools to understand usage and improve the Service. These tools collect user information through cookies and similar technologies and transmit it to the respective providers. The information collected is handled in accordance with each provider’s privacy policy.

• Google Analytics (GA4) (provided by Google LLC) — statistically measures access to the Service. Google Privacy Policy
• Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft Corporation) — records on-page actions (clicks, scrolling, mouse and tap movements, etc.) and aggregates them as heatmaps and session replays. The contents of input fields are masked. Microsoft Privacy Statement

You can stop these measurements from the opt-out page. See Section 10 below for details.

6. Outsourcing and Provision to External Service Providers

To the extent necessary for operating the Service, we entrust the handling of information to, or use the infrastructure of, the following external service providers. The servers of these providers may be located outside Japan, in which case a provision of personal information to a third party in a foreign country (cross-border transfer) will occur.

• Supabase (database, authentication, and email delivery infrastructure)
• Vercel Inc. (application hosting)
• Google LLC / Microsoft Corporation (analytics and behavior measurement described in Section 5)

We exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over these contractors.

7. Provision to Third Parties

We do not provide personal data to third parties without obtaining your prior consent, except in any of the following cases:

• Where required by laws and regulations;
• Where necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain your consent;
• Where particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound upbringing of children, and it is difficult to obtain your consent; or
• Where it is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency or similar body in performing duties prescribed by laws and regulations.

8. Security Measures

We take necessary and appropriate measures for the security management of the personal data we handle, including encryption of communications, management of access privileges, and recording of operation logs, in order to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of such data.

9. Retention Period

We retain personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use or for the period required by laws and regulations, after which we delete or anonymize it without delay. The handling of data after withdrawal is as set forth in Article 12 of the Terms of Service.

10. Opt-Out (Stopping Measurement and Communications)

You can stop measurement and communications concerning yourself by the following methods.

• Stopping analytics and behavior measurement: Using the button on the opt-out page, you can stop measurement by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity in your current browser. You can also stop measurement by deleting or blocking cookies in your browser, or by using the opt-out browser add-on provided by Google.
• Stopping email delivery: We do not currently send any advertising or promotional emails other than login emails. If we do so in the future, you will be able to stop delivery at any time through the unsubscribe procedure stated in each email or by contacting us through the contact form.
• Deleting your account and assessment data: You may request withdrawal and deletion through the contact form.

11. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.

With respect to the retained personal data we hold, you may, in accordance with the APPI, request notification of the purposes of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of the content, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties. Requests are accepted through the contact form. We may ask you to verify your identity when making a request.

12. Personal Information of Minors

If you are a minor, please provide your information only after obtaining the consent of a parent or other legal guardian. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a minor without the consent of a legal guardian, we will respond appropriately in accordance with laws and regulations.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may change this Policy in response to amendments to laws and regulations, changes to the Service, or other circumstances. The revised Policy shall take effect when displayed on the Service. If we make material changes, we will provide clear notice on the Service.

15. Governing Language

This English version of this Policy is provided as a reference translation of the Japanese original. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Japanese version and this English version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
