In providing the golf personality assessment service “Golf Profiler” (the “Service”), the Golf Profiler Operations Office(“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles the information of users appropriately and in accordance with this Policy, in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (the “APPI”) and other applicable laws and regulations.
In providing the Service, we collect the following information.

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes. You can disable or delete cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may render some features, such as staying logged in, unavailable.
The Service uses the following third-party tools to understand usage and improve the Service. These tools collect user information through cookies and similar technologies and transmit it to the respective providers. The information collected is handled in accordance with each provider’s privacy policy.
You can stop these measurements from the opt-out page. See Section 10 below for details.
To the extent necessary for operating the Service, we entrust the handling of information to, or use the infrastructure of, the following external service providers. The servers of these providers may be located outside Japan, in which case a provision of personal information to a third party in a foreign country (cross-border transfer) will occur.
We exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over these contractors.
We do not provide personal data to third parties without obtaining your prior consent, except in any of the following cases:
We take necessary and appropriate measures for the security management of the personal data we handle, including encryption of communications, management of access privileges, and recording of operation logs, in order to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of such data.
We retain personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use or for the period required by laws and regulations, after which we delete or anonymize it without delay. The handling of data after withdrawal is as set forth in Article 12 of the Terms of Service.
You can stop measurement and communications concerning yourself by the following methods.
With respect to the retained personal data we hold, you may, in accordance with the APPI, request notification of the purposes of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of the content, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties. Requests are accepted through the contact form. We may ask you to verify your identity when making a request.
If you are a minor, please provide your information only after obtaining the consent of a parent or other legal guardian. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a minor without the consent of a legal guardian, we will respond appropriately in accordance with laws and regulations.
We may change this Policy in response to amendments to laws and regulations, changes to the Service, or other circumstances. The revised Policy shall take effect when displayed on the Service. If we make material changes, we will provide clear notice on the Service.
